The House of Fire Factory Tour is an invitation-only and exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at our 11-acre, world-class manufacturing facility to see how our trendsetting and innovative products are actually made by the craftsmen who make them. The House of Fire is a private facility and registration is required for tour entry. Simply complete the online registration form to receive your e-mail invitation.

About Our Tours:
Upon arrival at the House of Fire, you must present a copy of your tour confirmation email and matching identification. This is required for plant insurance issues, and walk-ins are not allowed. Tours are available on most Wednesdays (please check the current tour schedule) at 9:00am, please arrive on time as tours will start promptly. We are a handicapped accessible facility will do our best to accommodate all guests. Please inform us if you have any special requirements. The tour includes a casual, one mile, indoor guided tour of the display showroom, fabrication and assembly areas.
There will be no sales presentations during your time at the House of Fire, and you won’t have the option to purchase products directly from the factory. However, there will be numerous products on display in our factory showroom and we're happy to answer questions you may have if you're in the market for a fireplace.
The tour is not open to individuals, agents or those employed at other companies in the hearth industry or competitive Travis retailers. Travis Industries reserves the right to deny tour entry at any time. Closed toe shoes are required (NO sandals). No pictures, videos, cameras or cellular phones are allowed. No backpacks, purses, fanny packs or other containers may be brought on the tour except by special request (e.g. medical reasons, etc.). There are no holding facilities onsite for personal belongings; those items must be left in your car.
We're homeowners too, and only build hearth products we'd put in our homes -products that safely create warmth and comfort for the entire family. You'll quickly realize that our company resembles a close-knit family dedicated to crafting only the finest in hearth products. Because of this family-first mantra, children are allowed on the factory tour. We ask you accept responsibility for children in your group and watch over their safety.

Directions:
From I-405 North: I-405 changes into SR-525, then turns into Mukilteo Speedway. Continue North, then turn left on Harbour Pointe Blvd SW. Heading West now, pass through two stoplights and get into the left-hand turn lane. Turn left on Blue Heron Road and follow the “Fireplace Factory Tour” signs.
From I-5 North: Exit #182 to Mukilteo, merge onto SR-525 then turns into Mukilteo Speedway. Continue North, then turn left on Harbour Pointe Blvd SW. Heading West now, pass through two stoplights and get into the left-hand turn lane. Turn left on Blue Heron Road and follow the “Fireplace Factory Tour” signs.
From I-5 South: Exit #189 to Mukilteo on Hwy 526 that eventually turns into Paine Field Blvd. Turn Left on Mukilteo Speedway, then Right on Harbour Pointe Blvd SW. Heading West now, pass through two stoplights and get into the left-hand turn lane. Turn left on Blue Heron Road and follow the “Fireplace Factory Tour” signs.
